Media news: He's a killer, a
Starkiller:
Posted: 22nd May
After much debate regarding the Secret
Apprentice's name following NZGamer.com's disclosure that his
name was Starkiller, Affiliate
The EU Cantina contacted LucasArts and received this reply
from Adam Kahn (Public Relations, LucasArts): "I can confirm
that “Starkiller” is the Secret Apprentice’s code name in the
game, but we haven’t revealed his real name." Of course,
Starkiller was originally Annakin's (sic.) surname in the early
scripts for (The) Star Wars, so the code name use is certainly more
viable than it actually being his real name.

As reported on Club Jade and affiliate
The EU Cantina, the last book in the forthcoming Coruscant
Nights trilogy, Patterns of Force, has had its release
date put back from October to January 2009. This is not surprising
when considering the health
problems that Michael Reaves has been reported as having. To
replace its release slot in October, it appears that Del Rey have

Media news: Is The Clones
Wars DVD to be released before it hits Cartoon Network:
Posted: 1st May
According to Publishers Weekly "the U.S. movie
release will be on August 15, followed by the DVD release and then a
prime-time TV series on Cartoon Network and TNT in the fall."
Given the usual three to four month gap between theatrical and DVD
release does this mean we can expect The Clone Wars on TV in
November or December? Not really since nearly every movie has a DVD
release sometime after its theatrical debut. It is more likely that The
Clone Wars will continue on Cartoon Network and TNT in the fall
as originally planned, with the DVD of the movie being released soon
after.

Weekly)
