Dark Horse Comics have been producing Star Wars
comics since 1991 when they released Dark
Empire. To coincide with The Clone Wars animated series,
Dark Horse Comics are publishing at least one six-part comic story,
titled Slaves of the Republic, as well as, to date,
three smaller digest-sized graphic novels (The Clone Wars
Quarterly) titled Shipyards of Doom*, Crash
Course* and The Wind Raiders Of Taloraan*.
Both series feature storylines written by The Clone Wars
writers with artwork similar to that of the animated series.
*published in the UK by Titan
Books, under license from Dark Horse Comics. |
